Brigade Group, through its subsidiary Ananthay Properties, has acquired a 20-acre land parcel located on Whitefield-Hoskote Road in Bengaluru for approximately ₹630 crore. The acquired land will be the site of a major residential development, with an estimated saleable area of 2.5 million square feet. The project is expected to have a gross development value (GDV) of about ₹2,700 crore, reflecting the scale and premium nature of the development.
